Cantucci all'Olio
Ingredients
280 grams of flour 00 + a handful to form the loaves
200 grams of sugar
2 eggs
100 gr of almonds
40 gr of seed oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Method
Beat the eggs with the sugar and oil
Then flavor as you like (vanilla, lemon, almond. . .)
Add the flour and baking powder and mix with a wooden spoon
Lastly, add the toasted almonds.
Divide the dough and shape into loaves of dough
Place the loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for about 25/30 min
Let the loaves cool completely
Cut with a sharp knife into strips and put them back in the turned off oven to rest until completely cooled.
