Down a narrow, gravely dirt road in southern Puglia, between the ancient stone walls, you will come across the generational groves that produce Della Pace extra virgin olive oil. We use the native Coratina olive as well as a field blend of Leccino and Favolosa olives to create our signature, small batch oils.

Our grove is 3 miles from the Mediterranean Sea which provides a unique growing climate for olive trees. This land has been producing oil for hundreds of years and is a testament to the earnest farming families that have worked it for generations. You can taste the difference in our oil, from the nuances in flavor and smell, Della Pace embodies the warm loved earth from which it comes.
